Our recent meeting was great, it was so good to see some loyal volunteers & brain storm for 2015. Thanks to Jenny Donnelly, Phoebe Johnston, Katherine Parleviet, Deb Sunarthra, , Michelle Klohs & mum, & Rod Hollingsworth for all attending. Thanks to all who also sent apologies, too many to list! Our Next Meeting for TOP is March 21st, same place, 11.30am.
STALLS, MERCHANDISE & BANKING.
Jenny explained how to do the banking with merchandise check lists, EFTPOS & bank form, she will explain to anyone who needs help who didn't attend. Please also try to look after all TOP's property with great care during the stall day & when packing up. If any new volunteers wish to do a stall in their area, Jenny is our co-ordinator, or, if you wish to do a sausage sizzle. Woollies will allow you outside, Jenny made a lot of money last year including merchandise sales. Please let me know & I'll forward it on.
MOTHERS DAY STALLS & DEB'S 's new ORANGUTAN FRIENDLY SOAPS.
We decided to do some stalls around Mother's day, (WHICH IS MAY 10TH) making up hampers with Deb's new beautiful pink clay soap & poppy seed soap. I've tried them & they are gorgeous to use! I'll also sell them at my TALKS, & to friends. Let me know if you would like Deb to bring some more for you to buy at our next meeting. $3.50 each. The volunteers are deciding where to do these stalls, again let me know if you want to help, on May 2nd or 3rd.
RSPCA MILLION PAWS WALK.
This year this wonderful event is on May 17th, if you wish to volunteer on our stall, Jenny is organising the form ASAP. It was a great success last year.
ART EXHIBITION.
We agreed to wait until Daniel & William's 2nd book is ready to organise another Art Exhibition as we would like to do it on the Northern Beaches with The Clarke Family 's launch of their book. We will keep you posted.

I presented both Jenny & Phoebe with one of these awards each as Jenny does so much behind the scenes for TOP & myself, I could not run NSW without her. Phoebe only joined us last year & has attended every single event so far to volunteer her time, selling merchandise & raising awareness. Thanks a million girls!

You might like to do a garage sale, car boot sale, trash & treasure sale in your local area, or a high tea in your home, work place or local club. Let us know so we can help set you up, even if you cannot attend our meetings, that's OK!
